Coverage questions answered, conversations started.

People shop for insurance and annuities by running numbers first. FinCalc gives them an honest estimate on your site, then hands a consented lead to a licensed agent while the question is still on their mind.

Insurers have run our calculators for over 30 years.

From a quiet estimate to a real conversation.

A coverage number on its own rarely becomes a policy. What follows it does.

  1. Step 1

    Estimate

A visitor works out how much coverage their family needs, or what income an annuity would produce.

  2. Step 2

    Show the next step

Buttons that change with their answers: get a quote, talk to an agent, or read about a product. Links can prefill your own forms.

  3. Step 3

    Capture with consent

Ask before or after results, and record consent for each contact channel with the exact disclosure shown.

  4. Step 4

    Route to an agent

Assign by calculator, page, or ZIP code prefix, directly or round-robin across a team, with an email alert.

  5. Step 5

    Request a time

The visitor picks a time from the agent’s weekly hours, and the agent confirms. You see how quickly each lead was contacted.

  6. Step 6

    Close the loop

Report back which leads became applications and issued policies, and see which calculators and pages produce them.

Your brand, your disclosures, your approvals.

Insurance marketing gets reviewed. FinCalc is built so the review happens before anything goes live.

Your disclosures

Add your own disclosure language per calculator and per language. It sits on top of ours, so nothing required gets dropped.

Approved means unchanged

Every change goes through publish review, and published versions can’t be edited afterward.

English and Spanish

Translations go live only after a person reviews them. More languages on request.

Estimates, clearly labeled

Results are presented as estimates for education, not offers of coverage.

Agent and agency branding

Separate placements per agency, region, or campaign, each with its own routing.

Consent you can prove

Per-channel consent with the disclosure text recorded, and withdrawal that applies everywhere. More about privacy and security

Questions from insurance teams.

Can leads route to a specific agent or agency?

Yes. Routing rules assign by calculator, placement, or ZIP code prefix, either to a named person or round-robin across a team, and the assigned agent gets an email immediately.

Do the calculators quote our actual rates?

Calculators produce planning estimates from the inputs a visitor enters. Rates your team maintains can be updated in the console or sent from your systems through our API.

Our marketing needs compliance approval. How does that work?

Wording, disclosures, and next steps are configured in the console and go through publish review. Once approved, a published version can’t be edited, so what was approved is what visitors see.

Can we use these inside our own app instead?

Yes. The same calculations are available through our API. See the developer overview

Do you serve property and casualty as well as life?

Our library is strongest in life, annuity, and retirement planning. Tell us what your customers need and we’ll tell you what we have.

See it with your products.

We’ll set up a calculator in your brand and walk through the journey from estimate to agent.
