Show the gap. Book the meeting.
Prospects research retirement and rollovers long before they call anyone. FinCalc puts honest projections on your site, then turns the ones who want help into a scheduled conversation with an advisor.
Advisors have used our calculators for over 30 years.

From a projection to a meeting.
A retirement projection creates the moment. The follow-up decides whether you get the relationship.
- Step 1
Project
A prospect sees whether their savings support the retirement they expect, or what a rollover would mean.
- Step 2
Show the next step
Buttons that change with their answers: talk to an advisor, see a service, or read further.
- Step 3
Capture with consent
Ask before or after results, with consent recorded per channel and the exact disclosure shown.
- Step 4
Route to an advisor
Assign by calculator, page, or ZIP code prefix, directly or round-robin, with an email alert.
- Step 5
Request a time
The prospect picks a time from the advisor’s weekly hours, and the advisor confirms.
- Step 6
Close the loop
Report back which leads became meetings and new relationships, and see which calculators produce them.
The questions prospects bring to a first meeting.
From a library of 177 calculators across retirement, investment, qualified plans, and college.
- Am I saving enough for retirement?
Whether current contributions reach the goal.
- How long will my savings last?
The withdrawals a balance can support.
- Roth or traditional IRA?
After-tax results of each account type.
- Should I roll over my 401(k)?
What moving an old plan changes.
- Investment growth
Projected value from regular contributions and returns.
- College savings
Monthly savings needed for future costs.
Built for a regulated practice.
Advisory marketing is reviewed, archived, and occasionally examined. The calculators should hold up to all three.
Your disclosures
Add your own disclosure language per calculator and per language, layered over ours.
Approved means unchanged
Publish review before anything goes live, and published versions can’t be edited afterward.
Projections, clearly labeled
Results are presented as estimates for education, not as advice or a promise of performance.
A record of every change
A tamper-evident audit log of configuration changes and exports, with a verification check.
Nothing loaded from third parties
No trackers or outside scripts run inside the calculator on your site.
Prospect data handled carefully
Consent per channel, retention windows you set, and export or deletion on request. More about privacy and security

Questions from advisory firms.
Can each advisor have their own calculator and routing?
Yes. Each placement can route to a named advisor, so a calculator on an advisor’s profile page sends leads to that person, with their own weekly hours for appointment requests.
How do we keep results from reading like advice?
Calculators present estimates for education, and you control the wording and disclosures on every one, subject to your own review process.
Can we use these inside a client portal?
Yes, through our API. Results match what visitors see on your public site, because both run on the same engine. See the developer overview
Do you support our CRM?
Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Total Expert at launch, plus signed webhooks for anything else.
Can we show assets or accounts opened, not just leads?
Yes. You report outcomes back from your systems, and we match them to the calculators and placements that produced them.
