The problem

Most calculator tools end at a number.

People research before they apply, buy, or call. What happens right after they see their result decides whether they come to you.

A typical calculator

  1. Visitor sees a monthly payment.
  2. A generic Apply button sits below it.
  3. They apply, or they leave. You rarely learn which, or why.

A FinCalc calculator

  1. Visitor sees a monthly payment and a next step that fits their answers.
  2. If they want help, they share contact details with consent and reach a named loan officer.
  3. They request a time from that officer’s hours, and the officer confirms.
  4. You report which leads applied, funded, or bought, and see which calculators and pages produce business.
How it works

From first calculation to funded loan.

Six steps, all configured by your team in one console.

  1. 01

    Calculate

Accurate results from the same engine our API customers use, with PDF and emailed copies for visitors who want to keep them.

  2. 02

    Show the next step

Buttons that change with the visitor’s answers: apply, talk to someone, or see a product. Links can prefill your own forms.

  3. 03

    Capture the lead

Ask before or after results, record consent for each channel with the exact disclosure shown, and A/B test when to ask.

  4. 04

    Route to the right person

Send leads to a loan officer, agent, or advisor by calculator, page, or ZIP code, with an email alert and a High or Medium score that explains why.

  5. 05

    Request a time

Visitors pick from that person’s weekly hours, and they confirm. You see how quickly every lead was contacted.

  6. 06

    Close the loop

Report applications, meetings, funded loans, and issued policies by API or file upload, and see which calculators earn their spot.

Your brand, your approvals

Looks like your site. Says what your team approved.

Marketing sets it up without an IT project, and compliance signs off on exactly what goes live.

  • Your brand and layout

Colors, fonts, field order, hidden fields, and wording changes for each calculator.

  • Your disclaimers

Your own disclosure language in every language you publish.

  • English and Spanish

Translations go live only after a person reviews them. More languages available on request.

  • Approved means unchanged

Every change goes through publish review, and published versions can’t be edited after approval.

  • Accessible to every member

Designed to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, with a conformance report available on request.

Security and compliance

Built to pass vendor review.

Privacy, security, and fair lending shaped the design from the start, not after the first audit finding.

No third-party calls from your page

The calculator makes no outside requests by default. We publish the list of every outbound connection so your counsel can read it.

Consent you can prove

Consent is recorded per channel with the exact wording shown. A withdrawal applies everywhere and notifies your systems.

Scoring that ignores the wrong signals

Lead scores use intent only and deliberately exclude loan size, ZIP code, and referring page, with fair lending in mind.

A log that can’t be quietly edited

Every configuration change and export is recorded in a tamper-evident audit log you can verify.

U.S. hosting on AWS

Data stays in U.S. regions, encrypted in transit and at rest, on redundant infrastructure with disaster recovery.

SOC 2 Type II In progress

Our SOC 2 Type II audit is underway. The report will be available under NDA once issued.

Single sign-on, data export and deletion, retention windows, and more. Security reviewers also get architecture, recovery, and testing details under NDA.

Accuracy

Numbers you can stand behind.

Nobody hand-codes our math. Analysts build each calculation in a workbook, which we compile directly into the engine and test against decades of production results.

Questions

Questions institutions ask.

When can we go live?

FinCalc launches in early 2027, and we’re working with pilot institutions now. Book a preview to see it with your own calculators and discuss a pilot.

Do we need our IT team to set it up?

Not for everyday work. Your marketing team copies an embed code into your website, and changes like wording or rates are made in the console. IT typically joins for the security review and any CRM connection.

How accurate are the results?

Each calculation starts as an analyst’s workbook, is compiled directly into our engine, and is tested against decades of production results before release.

Will it work with our CRM?

Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Total Expert are all supported at launch. Signed webhooks send leads to any other system.

What happens to visitor data?

Your page makes no third-party calls by default. Consent is recorded per channel, withdrawals apply everywhere, and leads are purged when your retention window ends. Data is hosted on AWS in the United States.

Are the calculators accessible?

They’re designed to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, including screen reader and keyboard support. We can share our conformance report.

We use CalcXML today. What changes?

Nothing changes today. CalcXML keeps working through December 31, 2027. We’ll move your calculators to FinCalc at no charge, hold your current pricing for a year, and include six months of our lead tools. See the details for CalcXML clients.
